How do I book?

Choose your date and time. A 50% deposit secures your event.

When is the final payment charged?

The remaining balance is charged automatically 14 days before your event.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, the 50% booking fee is non-refundable.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — we offer a one-time complimentary reschedule if requested at least 30 days in advance. Your booking fee will carry over to the new date, provided it’s within the next 12 months and we’re available.

What does the service include?

Delivery, setup, professional-grade audio equipment, and on-site sound management for up to 4 hours.

Do you provide music?

Press Play is built for you to control the music — whether from your iPhone, Android, tablet, or laptop.

But if you prefer, we’re happy to run your playlist directly from our own device — just send it over, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I extend beyond 4 hours?

Yes. Your booking includes 4 hours of service. Additional hours are available at $300/hour.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use QSC speakers, Yamaha mixers, and carefully selected accessories — all professional-grade.

Do you handle outdoor events?

Yes, as long as the venue provides reliable power and weather protection.

Is setup included in the time block?

We arrive before your scheduled start time to complete all setup and sound checks in advance.

Your 4-hour booking begins only when your event officially starts — setup and breakdown are not part of your paid time.
