Booking & Cancellation

1. Booking Fee & Securing Your Date

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required alongside a signed agreement. This guarantees your exclusive access to our services and ensures we decline all competing inquiries for that time slot.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. A courtesy reminder will be sent in advance. Please note: services cannot be rendered if the full balance is not received on time.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• If you cancel more than 14 days before your event: Only the initial 50% booking fee is retained. You will not owe the remaining balance.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your event: No refunds will be issued. All payments made are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling option if requested at least 30 days in advance. Your original booking fee will be applied to the new date, provided it falls within 12 months and we have availability.

5. Cancellation by Press Play

In the highly unlikely event that Press Play must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen emergencies, we will make every effort to secure a suitable replacement. If none can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
